Grimshaw joins Suncorp board

Suncorp Metway said it had selected Stuart Grimshaw to join the board as a non-executive director. Grimshaw is chief executive of Caledonia Investments.

Grimshaw served as chief financial officer, then head of wealth management and later head of institutional banking at Commonwealth Bank from 2003 to 2008. He worked in senior roles at National Australia before then, including a stint as CEO of Clydesdale Bank.
