  • MyState Ltd chief executive Melos Sulicich has retired – for the second time. Sulicich resigned in January last year but then agreed to stay on through the COVID emergency. MyState announced yesterday that he will step down on December 31, after seven years at the company. Surprisingly, the board did not announce the new CEO, despite having had 18 months to work on succession.

  • The chief executive of the South Australian government-owned mortgage lender HomeStart, John Oliver, will step down at the end of the year. Oliver, who has been HomeStart CEO for 12 years, said he is retiring from full-time corporate life.
