02 February 2012 5:37PM
Macquarie Group is one of at least four bidders for the asset management business being sold by Deutsche Bank, Bloomberg reports.

Other bidders include JPMorgan, State Street and Ameriprise Financial.

The businesses Deutsche Bank has put up for sale have around €400 billion in assets under management. Bloomberg speculated that the sale price of the businesses may be in the range of between €1.5 billion to €2.5 billion.
