Brief: Community Bank of American Samoa off the ground

  • Two former executives of ANZ will head the proposed Community Bank of American Samoa, Radio New Zealand reported. The bank has funding of US$8 million from 50 investors. The chief executive will be Gary Ayre and the chief operating officer Teresa Galvez.
