He replaces Alan Kirkland, who was appointed as an ASIC commissioner in November. De Silva will take up the role in March. Australian Finance Group has appointed Rebecca Gravestock as its new chief people officer. Gravestock was formerly head of people and culture at Xero. She has also worked at Booz & Co and PwC.
