Former management consultant Deborah Kiers has joined the board of ME Bank as a non-executive director. Kiers is a director IFM Investors, an investment management company owned by industry funds (as is ME). Kiers had a 25-year career in management consulting. The Australian Financial Complaints Authority has appointed Campbell Daff to the newly created position of head of membership services. Daff, who was previously head of membership operations at RACV, will “deliver the ombudsman’s new vision for membership services within the operational excellence portfolio.”
