Two year task to untable BankWest

John Scobie, chief information officer of HBOS Australia told the Financial Review it will take two years to separate itself from the technology and infrastructure the bank shares with BankWest. Commonwealth Bank will soon buy BankWest from HBOS, under a fire sale agreed in October.
