Thorn chair joins Bendigo board

Thorn Group chairman  and former Suncorp Bank chief executive David Foster has been appointed a director of Bendigo and Adelaide Bank.Foster, who now works full time on the boards of a swathe of listed and unlisted companies, is one of the busiest directors in the country.Apart from his key role at Thorn, Foster also sits on the boards of Genworth Mortgage, G8 Education Ltd and Motorcycle Holdings Ltd.Foster also sat on the board of ASX-listed financial services group - Kina Securities - for three years before his departure in May last year.
