SERVICE STANDARDS IMPROVING AT CBA
The latest data on customer satisfaction with banks and published by Roy Morgan Research suggests that Commonwealth Bank can claim that service standards are steadily improving.While CBA remains the lowest rated of the four major banks, Norman Morris, finance industry director at Roy Morgan Research said that "a positive and consistent pattern of improvement is emerging."The four major banks increased their satisfaction levels marginally in January 2007 compared to December, up by 0.5 percentage points overall.ANZ remains the clear leader amongst the big four but St George still remains marginally ahead of it overall.In terms of satisfaction amongst customers rating just their main financial institution, ANZ now ranks ahead of St George Bank.
