Payroll delayed by Westpac

Westpac is the latest bank to experience strife with batch-processed payments - this time in New Zealand.Media outlets in New Zealand said the glitch affected payroll payments for around 10,000 public sector staff yesterday.The bank rectified the error for employees that bank with Westpac during the course of the day, and for the remainder of affected customers overnight.
