National Australia Bank and the Finance Sector Union will publish a joint report on pay equity across the bank in the next few weeks, the union said yesterday in a media release.NAB is the bank that, according to the union, has been most responsive to campaigns over issues of unfair discounts on pay and bonuses paid to women, who constitute the majority of the workforce at most banks.The FSU noted that updated data on earnings published by the Australian Bureau of Statistics shows that women working in non-management jobs in finance and insurance earn about 76.5 per cent of the income paid to men.In management jobs the ratio is about 63 per cent.
