Merrill sells Veda stake

Merrill Lynch Global Private Equity has agreed to sell its 50 per stake in Veda Advantage to Pacific Equity Partners, the Financial Review reports in its Street Talk column.

The report did not cite any terms, and nor does Veda file financial statements with ASIC.
