Macquarie picks Hengtei for China securities JV

Macquarie Group signed a memorandum of understanding with Hengtei Securities to form a joint venture company, the Financial Times reported.

The FT reported Macquarie planned to take a 33 per cent stake in the new company.

Based in northern China, Hengtei has more than 30 branches nationwide.
