Internet transfers offline at ANZ

ANZ's internet banking customers in Australia were unable to make payments through the bank's website yesterday. The problem emerged about 7am and the bank restored services more than 10 hours later.An unspecified technical issue prevented any transfers, including those between linked accounts, BPay payments and "pay anyone" functions.Customers were able to make transfers between linked accounts and BPay payments via telephone banking.
