The fallout from news of Wells Fargo's unauthorised sales scandal continues, with news that the Treasurer of California has imposed a year-long ban on dealing with the bank. The Guardian reports that the California Treasury has cancelled all its investments in Wells Fargo securities, as well as no longer using the bank as broker-dealer for investment purchases and as underwriter on sales of state bonds.
