Briefs: Westpac installs 'spider'

- Westpac will begin to implement its improved teller software across the group from this month, Jeff Jacobs, chief technology officer at Westpac, told FST Media. Dubbed "Spider", the teller software is an evolution of a system devised for the bank's St George brand some years ago.
