Briefs: ANZ completes hybrid issue, D&B poaches another executive from Veda, Collection House appoin

09 June 2016 3:36PM
ANZ has allocated US$1 billion of ANZ Capital Securities to wholesale investors, with a fixed rate of 6.75 per cent. The new securities will constitute Basel III-compliant additional tier one capital. They are perpetual subordinated contingent convertible securities. Dun & Bradstreet has appointed David Scognamiglio to the role of director of consumer markets in Australia and New Zealand. His job will be to build relationships with consumers. Prior to joining D&B, Scognamiglio was the managing director of Veda's GetCreditScore business. Collection House has appointed two new non-executive directors. Leigh Berkley is the director of external affairs and development at Arrow Global Group, a United Kingdom consumer debt purchaser and receivables management company. Lev Mizikovsky is the founder of ASX-listed building company Tamawood and served as its managing director from 2003 to 2010. He is currently a non-executive of Tamawood and several other companies. He is a major Collection House shareholder.
