Brief: Richtor joins MyState board

Former chief executive of ING Direct, Vaughn Richtor, has joined the board of MyState Ltd. Richtor twice headed the local ING retail banking business, as well as serving as CEO of ING Vysya Bank and head of retail banking at ING Asia. He is currently chair of Ratesetter Australia and a director of TMB Bank in Thailand.
