Prepaid card supplier Emerchants has signed a service agreement with Caesars Enterprise Services, part of the Caesars casino and entertainment group. Emerchants will provide payment services for Caesars' loyalty program Total Rewards, which operates throughout the company's 40 gaming and entertainment venues around the world.
