Bell finds $50m for Tricom

20 February 2008 6:12PM
Bell Financial Group may be planning to tip as much as $50 million into Tricom if the former buys the latter as expected.

Bell told the ASX yesterday is reached agreement to do so and subject to due diligence over the next two weeks.

There's a widespread assumption the purchase price is a notional $1. The Financial Review speculates that Bell plans to allocate $50 million in capital to restructure Tricom.
