Appointments: Westpac brings new talent on board in Asia, MasterCard's Australasian prepaid manager

Westpac has made several senior appointments in its Asian business. David Koh has left JP Morgan, where he was head of treasury operations in China, to be Westpac's head of corporate and institutional banking, Asia. He will be based in Singapore. Paul Gardner has moved from Deutsche Bank, where he was regional head of structured trade and export finance, to be global head of Westpac's structured commodity finance business. Andrew Billing has left Deutsche Bank, where he was head of foreign exchange sales, to be Westpac's head of Asian institutional foreign exchange sales. Jason Tymms, who has been MasterCard's leader of prepaid product management in Australasia for the past two years, is moving to Singapore to take on the role of prepaid leader for Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and Africa. Before joining MasterCard, Tymms was ANZ's prepaid product manager.
