Appointments: Brody takes over at Consumer Action

Gerard Brody has been appointed chief executive of Consumer Action Law Centre, a powerful consumer advocate on financial services issues. Brody has been CALC's director of policy and campaigns for the past two years. He takes over from joint-chief executives Carolyn Bond and Catriona Lowe.
