Loss making Cosmos loses listing

The Australian Stock Exchange suspended payments play Cosmos yesterday, after the company failed to file full accounts for the half year to December 2002. Cosmos had, however, filed the 4B report for the half year.

The payments transaction processor and retail systems provider recorded a narrower loss in the six months to December, with a loss of $2.4 million in the half year, compared with a loss of $13.7 million in the half year to June 2002.

Revenues improved, to $11.0 million in the half year from $8.5 million in the June half.
