In the second of two ATM consolidation plays confirmed yesterday Cashcard, the market leader in the third party ATGM Segment, said it acquired Movieline's 50 ATMs.
Cashcard was already the switch for the Movieline ATMs, which are distributed through a limited number of Hoyts, Greater Union and Village cinemas. The ATM's dispense cinema tickets in addition to cash.
Cashcard has about 4,000 ATMs, and consolidated its market leadership late last year with the takeover of Electronic Banking Solutions.
