- Credit insurer Coface Australia has hired Paul McGahen as its new chief executive. McGahen has held senior management positions at the general insurer Allianz, and his most recent role was as chief executive of LawCover Insurance, a specialist insurer to the legal profession.
- Economist Stephen Koukoulas has joined the credit reporting company Dun & Bradstreet as the company’s economic adviser for Australia and New Zealand. Koukoulas has worked for Citibank and TD Securities, as well as a stint in Prime Minister Julia Gillard’s office. He will continue in his role as managing director of the think tank Market Economics.
