Commonwealth Bank's latest marketing campaign took an unusual turn yesterday with the bank (or one of its agents) briefly publishing on YouTube – and then hurriedly withdrawing – a television commercial making fun of security issues in London.
CBA pulled the advertisement from YouTube half a day after releasing it, according to a Mumbrella report on the controversy.
M&C Saatchi Sydney produced the advert for the bank's "Can" advertising campaign.
CBA is a sponsor of the Australian Olympic Committee.
