Enzo Di Donato pleaded guilty in the County Court of Victoria to providing false or misleading information to the Australian Securities and Investment Commission during the course of an examination, ASIC said yesterday.

Di Donato was bailed to appear for a plea hearing on 26 October in the Victorian County Court.

In a summary of the case, published by the regulator, ASIC said that Di Donato was the sole director and secretary of 3D Salesforce Pty Ltd, one of a network of companies that operated from the same premises in Melbourne as Bill Express and its parent company, OnQ...
