1. General

1.1.1 These terms of use relate to the Banking Day email newsletter and the Banking Day website at bankingday.com.
1.1.2 The Banking Day email newsletter and website are operated by R&R Media Pty Ltd ATF WorkDay Media Unit Trust, ABN 54 630 575 768, trading as WorkDay Media. They provide users with news coverage, by email and online, on consumer, business and corporate banking as well as commentary on issues in institutional and investment banking.
1.1.3 You are authorised to access or use the Banking Day email newsletter and website only if you accept and agree to these terms. Your continued use of the Banking Day email newsletter and website is subject to acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, these terms.
1.1.4 Banking Day may exclude any users from accessing the Banking Day email newsletter and website or cancel their subscription if they are in breach of these terms.
1.2 Modification
Banking Day may at any time modify these terms by posting the modified terms on the website.
1.3 Access
1.3.1 Access to the content of the Banking Day email newsletter and website is for subscribers only.
1.3.2 Banking Day may refuse to accept any subscription application.

1.4 Delivery
1.4.1 Upon issuing of a subscription invoice or receipt of a subscription payment through Banking Day's online payments facility, Banking Day will within five (5) working days:
(a) commence delivery of daily Banking Day email newsletters to the user's nominated email address; and
(b) provide to the user a username and password such that they can access all archived material on the Banking Day website.
2. Limitations of liability
2.1 Liability
2.1.1 Banking Day is not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any user of the Banking Day email newsletter or website.
2.1.2 Banking Day cannot guarantee that:
(a) the Banking Day email newsletter will be delivered by a particular time on any day;
(c) your access to the Banking Day email newsletter and website will be uninterrupted or secure;
(d) information found in Banking Day email newsletter or on the website will be reliable, current, accurate or complete; or
(e) the website and server are free of viruses or bugs.
